Remanufacturing Process
The seven-step process of our remanufacturing procedure for air disc brake calipers:
Dismantling – Complete disassembly of the caliper components for inspection and evaluation.
High-Pressure Cleansing – Thorough cleaning of all parts using high-pressure systems to remove debris and contaminants.
Shotblasting – Surface treatment using shotblasting to prepare the caliper components for re-coating.
Powder Coating – Application of durable powder coating to prevent corrosion and enhance component lifespan.
Oven-Baking – Curing the powder coating in an oven for added strength and adhesion.
OEM Quality - Component Assembly – Reassembly with OEM standard components to ensure compatibility and performance.
Testing – Comprehensive testing to ensure all parts meet SAE and ISO standards for safety and performance.
